At INKYY (Upform.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our refund terms and how to request a refund.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (monthly and annual plans).
1.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased a paid subscription for the first time
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
1.2 What's Covered
- Full refund of your subscription fee
- Processed to your original payment method
- No questions asked (though feedback is appreciated)
1.3 What's NOT Covered
The 7-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to:
- Subscription renewals - Only first-time purchases qualify
- Requests after 7 days - Must be within the 7-day window
- Free plan users - No payment, no refund
- Terminated accounts - Accounts banned for Terms violations
- Add-on purchases - Only base subscription refunds (if applicable)
- Partial refunds - We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations after 7 days
2. How to Request a Refund
2.1 Contact Us
To request a refund, email hello@inkyy.com with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- (Optional) Reason for refund - helps us improve!
2.2 Processing Time
- Approval: We review and approve eligible refunds within 1-2 business days
- Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days
- Delivery: Depending on your bank/payment processor, funds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account
2.3 Refund Method
Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used:
- Credit/debit card
- Payment processor (Dodo Payments or Paddle)
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
3. Subscription Cancellations
3.1 Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your account settings
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Or email hello@inkyy.com
3.2 Access After Cancellation
- You retain full access until the end of your paid billing period
- After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved (you can reactivate anytime)
3.3 No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel after the 7-day money-back period:
- You will NOT receive a prorated refund for the remaining time
- You keep access until your subscription period ends
- Example: Cancel on day 15 of a monthly plan → no refund, but you keep access for the remaining ~15 days
4. Renewals and Autorenewal
4.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
4.2 Renewal Refunds
Renewals are NOT eligible for refunds unless:
- You were charged in error (e.g., after canceling)
- There was a technical issue with cancellation
If you do not want to be charged for renewal:
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- Renewal dates are shown in your account settings
4.3 Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact hello@inkyy.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
5.1 Upgrades
- Take effect immediately
- You are charged a prorated amount for the upgrade
- Example: Upgrade halfway through your monthly cycle → pay ~50% of the price difference
5.2 Downgrades
- Take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the higher-tier plan you're currently on
- You keep access to premium features until the period ends
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the Service:
- Contact hello@inkyy.com with details
- We will investigate and may offer:
- Account credit
- Refund (at our discretion)
- Extended subscription time
6.2 Account Termination by Us
If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations:
- No refund is provided
- You forfeit access immediately
- No exceptions
6.3 Fraudulent Charges
If you notice unauthorized charges:
- Contact hello@inkyy.com immediately
- We will investigate and reverse fraudulent transactions
- You may also contact your bank/credit card company
7. Free Plan Users
The Free plan is offered at no cost.
- No refunds (nothing to refund)
- You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime
- You can delete your account anytime
8. Taxes and Fees
8.1 Non-Refundable Taxes
Taxes, duties, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Example:
- Subscription: €10
- Taxes: €2
- Total charged: €12
- Refund amount: €10 (subscription only)
8.2 Payment Processor Fees
We do not refund payment processor transaction fees.
9. Third-Party Services
If you purchased Upform through a third-party platform or reseller:
- Refund policies of that platform apply
- Contact the platform directly for refunds
- We cannot process refunds for third-party purchases
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
10.1 Contact Us First
If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through customer support.
10.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account will be suspended immediately
- We may dispute the chargeback with your bank
- If the chargeback is invalid, your account may be permanently terminated
10.3 Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Contact hello@inkyy.com, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Notification:
- Updated policy posted on this page
- "Last Updated" date changed
- Email notification for significant changes
Effective Date:
- Changes apply to purchases made after the update date
- Existing subscriptions remain under the policy in effect at purchase
